General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) define the rights and obligations of the parties
in connection with the booking of accommodation services offered by SARL Domaine de
Charrier (gîte, guest rooms, natural camping area, inn).
2. Bookings
Bookings can be made via the website, by phone, or by email.
Any booking is considered final after confirmation by SARL Domaine de Charrier and, where applicable, receipt of a deposit.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€) and may be changed at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of booking.
4. Payment terms
Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash, credit card, or holiday vouchers.
A 30% deposit must be paid at the time of booking, then a second deposit of 50% will be requested 1 month before your arrival. The balance is payable on arrival, as well as the tourist tax.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation conditions by the customer
Cancellations must be notified by email. Refunds are made according to the following schedule:

Cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date:
The 30% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.

Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date:
50% of the total stay amount remains due. If higher amounts have been paid, the over-
payment will be refunded.

Cancellation less than 15 days before the arrival date:
80% of the total stay amount is due. No refund will be made if the amount
already paid covers this sum.

Cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date: the remaining balance of the stay is due.
In the event of cancellation, the stay may be postponed to a later date, subject to availability and with the manager’s approval.

In the event of a no-show:
The full cost of the stay may be charged. If the tenant does not make contact within 24 hours following the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the manager may dispose of the accommodation.

Early departure:
Any stay that has started is due in full.
Cancellation by the establishment.
In the event of cancellation by SARL Domaine de Charrier, all sums paid will be refunded in full. Compensation equivalent to the cancellation fees applicable to the customer on that date will also be paid.
The consumer’s right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services
in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Customers are invited to check their booking and report any error as soon as possible.
6. Stay
Arrival and departure times are as follows:
Arrival at the gîte: 4 PM Departure from the gîte: 10 AM
Arrival at the campsite: 3 PM Departure from the campsite: 11 AM
The customer undertakes to respect the premises and the house rules.
7. Liability
SARL Domaine de Charrier cannot be held liable in the event of loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
8. Personal data
The information collected is used only for managing bookings and is processed in accordance with the site’s privacy policy.
9. Disputes
These GTCS are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Failing that, the competent courts will be referred to in accordance with the applicable legal rules.
10. Acceptance of the GTCS
Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
