Charrier’s Mill offers free management function space that consists of a professional kitchen, a dining room for 50 guests seated or 70 for cocktails and a terrace which can be used as an appetizer instead.

Our site lends itself wonderfully to your family gatherings or receptions with friends (wedding, birthday, baptism, bachelor party girl or boy, rally…), to your cocktails like your associative meals.

The dining room, built in the style of the 1840 mill it extends, dominates the Besorgues. It is fully glazed, which increases the feeling of being in the heart of nature.

In good weather, guests can use the terrace in a natural environment.

The fully equipped kitchen for 50 people includes:

1 microwave oven
3 large fridges
1 freezer
1 slicer

On request, we will offer you the list of producers of our territory. So you can surprise your guests by serving a cuisine using mostly local, healthy and natural products of Ardeche’s High Cévenne.

You can invite them to taste:

The Castagnou, our local aperitif
The local charcuterie
Ardèche’s goat cheese
The chestnut in all its forms, cream, jam, liqueur or ice

The Blueberry pie
Ardèche’s ice creams and sorbets
Last but not least the natural sourdough bread, worked at the bakery and baked over a wood fire.
