The Mill's Inn

Dishes rooted in local tradition.

Vegetables from the mill, local producers, organic farming… we offer a menu featuring
sharing boards, salads, Ardèche and Drôme specialities, ice creams, desserts
and drinks to enjoy indoors or on the terrace.
And for afternoon tea, join us from 4pm with our selection of sweet treats.

Closed on Thursday evenings in summer so that you can share a convivial moment with the artisans gathered on the village square for the Labastide-sur-Besorgues night market (local producers, makers, light food and live music from 6pm).

The dining room

Built in the style of the 1840 mill it extends, the dining room is fully glazed and overlooks the Besorgues. In good weather, you can be served on the terrace in a natural environment.

Our site is wonderfully ready for family meals, banquets, seminars, group meals, associative meals as for your breaks.

We are striving to serve you a cuisine using mainly local produce, healthy, natural from Ardèche’s high Cevenne.

Goûter l’Ardèche

With our “Goûter l’Ardèche” picnic basket, we invite you to set off and discover the flavours of our region, for a delicious break in the heart of nature.
Prepared with care, it celebrates local, seasonal produce and, wherever possible, organically grown ingredients. Cheeses, breads, sweet treats, fruits or homemade Ardèche specialities… each basket is an invitation to savour simply, along the way, on the trails or by the riverside.
Whether in the shade of a chestnut tree, on the mill’s terraces, along the Besorgues or during a stroll in the surrounding area, take the time to slow down, to share… and to taste the Ardèche differently!
